On our rentals page you can browse our inventory. Click on the heart symbol on any items you would like to have added to a quote. Once you have completed adding items click on the black heart on the bottom right of the page to add start and end dates, times, and update any item quantities. Add your contact and venue info if applicable. In the notes section you can add any pertinent info and whether you will be picking up from our warehouse or add a delivery address. Lastly click Send List.
Once we receive your wishlist we will check inventory availability for the selected dates, add any delivery fees if selected, and taxes if applicable. We will try to call or email if any other info is needed. The quote will be emailed to you to be reviewed, typically within 24 hours, if you need urgent assistance please feel free to call. Once you are satisfied with your order, approve your quote through our online system, sign the online rental agreement, and pay the 50% deposit to hold your items. Then your items will be pulled and prepped for your big event! Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. As your RSVPs adjust so can your rental order - we do ask for a final count two weeks in advance.
